The 9 Centers in Human Design

All nine centers explained: what a defined center gives you consistently, and what an open center makes you sensitive to.

The nine centers are the Head, the Ajna, the Throat, the G Center, the Heart (Ego), the Sacral, the Solar Plexus, the Spleen and the Root.

• Defined (colored): a channel runs through it, it works consistently.
• Undefined (white, with gates): takes in and amplifies what comes from outside through those gates.
• Completely open (white, no gates): the purest place of conditioning.

Four centers are motors (Sacral, Solar Plexus, Heart and Root), three are awareness centers (Ajna, Spleen and Solar Plexus) and two are pressure centers (Head and Root).
