What changes is the field doing the conditioning: instead of pressure toward the bargain, the loyalty and the plan, the pressure runs toward each person's own agenda. Ra expected children born after the change to be strikingly independent by nature, which is not the same as being free of conditioning. On raising them he was plain. Ra said "my preparation for my own children is simply to teach them how to be their own authority." That is deconditioning by a friendlier route.
