What changes is the order of development. In his telling, awareness began in the Spleen, moved to the Ajna, and completes itself in the Solar Plexus. That completion belongs to the carriers of the mutation, not to people alive now. When Ra described the Rave's individual circuit, he said it is stripped of its splenic dimension, and elsewhere that a Rave penta has no splenic field. That is about Raves.
