He names the Ides of February at least seven times, over many years and in many different contexts, and explains himself that he means the 15th. One of those times was February 15, 2007, when he notes that it is exactly 20 years from the change. At other times he gives the month only. There is a single outlier: once he places the change in March of 2027 and guesses the first mutated child will be an Aries. He never says March again, so it is best read as a slip. The time of day is a different matter and rests on one sentence.
