Communication would happen with the penta, through what he called penta personality. A Rave might seem to do the talking as the best spokesperson, but it would be the penta speaking through them. He also imagined that certain humans might be used by the penta to speak to other humans, rather than the other way around. All of this is Ra's openly stated speculation about beings that do not yet exist. It is also the closest Ra came to answering who would translate for the Raves.
