Chart calculation in Human Design is tropical: your gates come from the Sun's position measured from the equinox point, and that is exactly the point which precesses. Ra uses the precession as a separate, slower layer laid over the same Mandala, borrowed, as he said, from the older Hindu understanding of long cycles, and he never discusses the tropical objection or uses the word sidereal. The date came from his reception of the knowledge, and Ra said "I was given an exact date, for example, for 2027, which is the ides of February." And Ra offered no independent astronomical check. What is checkable is internal consistency: the chart he reads for 22:10 GMT on February 15, 2027 does reproduce the placements he names. That is evidence about his chart, not proof of the precession claim, and it is worth keeping those two things apart.
