Elsewhere he says Global Cycles average around 400 years, and his own dates give different spans: 1615 to 2027 is 412 years, 2027 to about 2438 is 411, and he sometimes says 1610 or 2439. His line lengths also vary, from a little over 60 years to around 68, and once he corrects his own arithmetic mid sentence. So the honest answer is roughly 400 years, with 411 as one reading. That is also how the date itself is best held: Ra said he was given 2027, not that he calculated it, and the precession moves too slowly for an exact length to be measured to the year.
