And in his picture of the locks and keys the 54 becomes the new key of the Witness lock. He also calls 54.4 the most mystical and unknowable line in the whole Rave I Ching. Ra mentions the Vega part only once, so treat the link as Ra's association, not as mechanics you can build on.
