No. Ra never said that any profile becomes useless, and the claims about 1/3 and 5/1 do not come from him at all. What he does say is the much narrower statement about fit: people with a 6 in the profile will be attuned to a sixth line era, and people who live strongly through first lines will feel out of step. Feeling out of step is not the same as being useless, and Ra applied it to himself. Mechanically there is a better answer anyway. Your profile is part of a design that does not change when the background does, and the way you make decisions, your Strategy and Authority, is exactly what he said would carry a person through any era. If someone quotes Ra at you about your profile and 2027, ask them to show you where Ra actually said it.
