He places it in Gate 36 from 1815, and once names the span 1815 to 1821 and counts about 1806 days in the gate, retrogrades included. For Gate 35 he says 1894 several times, while once he speaks of Pluto in the 35 in 1902. Those two figures are not necessarily in conflict, since Pluto moves back and forth over a gate boundary for years, but Ra never settles it. What stays the same is the point he draws from it: with that last step, Pluto had finished switching the whole experiential way, and once the last people born with that imprint had died, around 2012 in his estimate, no living person carried the old frequency of that stream anymore.
